K. Ly reports cometary activity of a PCCP candidate object first observed
on Sept. 23, 2018 (UT) by TESS (C57) while searching for archival precoveries.
He notes a condensed 5" coma and a broad 10" tail at position angle 260 deg and
reports prediscovery positions from 2017 and 2019.
