Die VdS-Fachgruppe SPEKTROSKOPIE veranstaltet ihre jährliche
Spektroskopie-Konferenz am Wochenende 29.April bis 1.Mai 2016 in
Berlin. Siehe:

Es ist uns gelungen das Mittagessen Sonntag zu inkludieren.
Folgende Leistungen werden angeboten:
2 Übernachtungen im Einzelzimmer mit Dusche/WC,
Vollpension 220 EURO
2 Übernachtungen im Doppelzimmer mit Dusche/WC in Einzelbelegung,
Vollpension 240 EURO
2 Übernachtungen im Doppelzimmer mit Dusche/WC in Doppelbelegung,
Vollpension 310 EURO
Teilnehmer ohne Zimmer im Haus,
Vollpension (2 Tage) 75 EURO
Vollpension Samstag/Sonntag bedeutet:
Samstag: Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen
Sonntag: Frühstück, Mittagessen.
In den oben genannten Preisen ist auch eine Pauschale für Saalmiete
Kaffeepausen/Snacks usw. enthalten.
Wichtig!
========
Als „Sattelite-Veranstaltung“ wollen wir für den Montag nach dem
Tagungswochenende eine Exkursion zum
Leibniz-Institut für Astrophysik Potsdam AIP und historischen
Highlights astronomischer Forschung
(z.B. Einsteinturm) organisieren. Daher bitten wir bis spätestens 1.
März um Rückmeldung, ob Interesse besteht.

bis zum 01.03. 2016 an. Bitte geben Sie dabei unbedingt an:
- Name und vollständige Postadresse mit PLZ, Ort, Straße, Hausnummer, Land
- E-Mail-Adresse
- Tag und Tageszeit der voraussichtlichen An- und Abreise (insbesondere
falls Sie nicht die ganze Zeit von Freitagabend bis Sonntagmittag bleiben),
- Personenzahl,
- gewünschte Zimmerkategorie (Einzelzimmer mit Dusche/WC; Doppelzimmer
mit Dusche/WC, ggf. gewünschten Zimmerpartner)
- falls Sie vegetarisch essen möchten.
Bitte denken Sie auch daran, einige Euros für unseren Topf für
Studenten und Schüler bereitzuhalten.

Die Kosten für Übernachtung und Verpflegung müssen vorab auf das
Tagungskonto überwiesen werden,

Wir bitten um die Überweisung der Tagungsgebühren bis zum 15.3.2016.
Spätere Anmeldungen können wegen des notwendigen Vorlaufs in der
Organisation nicht berücksichtigt werden.

We have managed to include Sunday lunch in the price
The following services are offered:
2 nights in a single room with shower / WC,
Full board 220 EURO
2 nights in a double room with shower / WC in single occupancy,
Full board 240 EURO
2 nights in a double room with shower / WC in doublee occupancy,
Full board 310 EURO
Participants without room in the house, full board (2 days) 75 Euro
Full board Saturday / Sunday means:
Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Sunday: Breakfast, lunch.
In the above prices a fee for hall rental coffee breaks/snacks, Room
rent , WLAN and Beamer is included.

Students and pupils may apply for discreet support from our Youth Fund.

Important!

We want to organize an excursion to the Leibniz-Institut für
Astrophysik Potsdam AIP and historical highlights of
astronomical research in Potsdam on Monday after the conference.
Therefore we must know who is interested in this event.
Please, inform us until the end of registration.

necessary information:
- name and complete postal address (street address, zip code, city, country
- e-mail address which we should use to communicate with you
- day and approximate time of arrival and departure, especially if you don't intend to stay for the whole conference
- number of persons
- desired room category (single/double room with shower and toilet); name your preferred double room partner if you choose a double room
- let us know if you want to eat vegetarian food
