Gemäß H. Sato aus Japan erreicht der Komet die 14. Größenklasse (elektronisch), ein Sprung von ca. 3 Klassen. (CBET 4427) |

Bei Mondschein konnte ich folgende fotografische Beobachtung von 240P/NEAT durchführen: COMET UTC 10x10 20x20 30x30 40x40 50x50 ------------ ------------------- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- - 240P 03/09/2017 02:10:14 15.01 14.34 14.01 13.78 13.60 Die Gesamthelligkeit liegt bei etwa 13,6 mag.
