R. Weryk reports the discovery of a comet in three 45-second w-band survey images taken on Jun. 22 UT by Pan-STARRS 1 (F51), noting a very condensed 0".3 coma and a straight 6" tail at position angle 270 deg. |

COMET P/2023 M2 (PANSTARRS) Helligkeit ca. 20 mag, H = 12.5, 2.5n = 10, Komet bei uns nicht (so recht) beobachtbar. |
