EDITORIAL NOTICE
The Minor Planet Center (MPC) is announcing an update that affects the
posting of new candidates to the NEO Confirmation Page (NEOCP) and NEO Rating
service (digest2) on MPC website. The changes will become operational on
Monday September 27th at 14:00 UTC.
The updated digest2 code will increase the number of bands used for conversion
to a common V-band magnitude. The supported bands are published at:

and the V-band conversion at:
https://minorplanetcenter.net/iau/info/ ... ersion.txt
An updated version of the digest2 source code can be downloaded from the
following Bitbucket repository:
