very interesting object, and fine results!

As I am much more familiar with galaxies, please excuse my question - in the comparion picture, the red profile seems to be less noisier than the blue one.
So, I would assume that the condititions are not the same - correct?

Nevertheless, there are signifikant differences that coul dbe caused in the outburst activity.
But I have to look up this specific object, to find out more.

You're right, it appears that the blue and more background noise. Really, this star is located in the lower part of fundraising for my spectrograph, despite the graphic are the result of 9 integration of 700 seconds, the signal is 3000 levels of gray with a background of 300, (about 65535). Maybe I should give more exposure.

However, the results are perfectly usable to measure them.

I have not yet tried to try in practice what is the limit of magnitude that I can do with the Mussol, at the moment is the star HD237091, of 8.94 magnitude. Maybe later make the test it. ...
